Energy Analyst to join our team at a
market-leading facilities management company. This role is ideal for someone with experience in
energy management, monitoring, and optimisation focusing on
efficiency improvements rather than billing analysis.
Key Responsibilities: - Analyse energy consumption data across multiple sites to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for energy reduction.
- Support the development and implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainability projects.
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and site teams to improve energy performance and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting and support net-zero strategies.
- Monitor and assess building energy management systems (BEMS/BMS) to drive efficiency.
- Keep up to date with legislation, industry best practices, and new technologies to enhance energy performance.
What We re Looking For: - Experience in energy management or sustainability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex energy data and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of BEMS/BMS systems, carbon reporting, and energy efficiency measures.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing energy-saving strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and clients.
- Relevant qualifications in energy management, environmental science, or engineering (e.g., Level 3 Energy Management, CIBSE, or equivalent) are desirable.
