Job Title: Endpoint Support Technician

Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Endpoint Support Technicians to provide IT operational support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, lifecycle replacement services, and assistance with a Windows 11 deployment initiative. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule and is ideal for candidates with strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide onsite technology support across multiple office locations
- Assist with Windows 11 lifecycle deployments and related support
- Perform hardware/software inventory and lifecycle replacement services
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems and peripherals
- Support conference room technologies and executive/board meetings
- Utilize ServiceNow for task management and ticket resolution
- Drive between local office locations as needed (personal vehicle required)
- Maintain documentation and follow standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications: - Experience with PC hardware, Microsoft Windows OS, and peripheral equipment in a networked environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical IT support tasks
- Willingness to undergo a fitness-for-duty medical screening if required
- Availability to work onsite; some remote work may be permitted
Preferred Qualifications: - CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical credential
- Previous experience with enterprise-wide operating system upgrades and IT lifecycle replacements
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- Experience supporting audio/visual and conference room setups
