What You'll Do: - Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures
- Assess patient needs-physical, emotional, and educational-and develop care plans accordingly
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective outcomes
- Educate patients and families to support recovery and understanding
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with team members across departments
- Embrace flexibility and support team staffing needs across units when needed
- Engage in continuous learning and adapt to healthcare innovations with a positive attitude

- Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa. required
- Must be able to respond and report to work within 30 minutes when scheduled on call.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and flexibility to meet department needs.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented individual able to work with minimum supervision.
