Endocrinology Opening in Indiana Located in Elkhart, IN.Full time, permanent.Job Description & Schedule-For an incoming endocrinologist, one can expect a Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and a Friday 8-12 schedule.-One will be working outpatient only with appropriate medical support staff.-Due to the volumes of the practice, a provider will be able to walk into a busy practice from day one.-Patients are scheduled in advanced and we would be open to discussing volume.-Our patient panel and age range starts at 18 years and older.-Typically our most common patients are diabetes, hypothyroidism, thyrotoxicosis, and osteoporosis.-There are no call expectations or inpatient duties with this position.-The EMR system is Athena.Compensation & Benefits-Base: $300,000-320,000.-wRVU bonus: greater than 25% MGMA median.-Average 1-2 year to partnership (once you cover your base).-Access to Value Based Care Incentives.-Overall earning potential: Dependent on production. Potential > $440,000-$25,000 Sign on Bonus;-Relocation Expense Reimbursement up to $10,000.-Student Loan Contribution.-PTO: 184 hours per year, 6 holidays.-$5000 with 5 days of CME.-Paid Malpractice insurance and tail.-401K Retirement Plan;-Comprehensive Benefits Package to include Health, Life, Vision, Dental, and Disability Insurances.Area Description: Elkhart, Indiana, just 2 miles south of the Michigan border, is called the City with a Heart.
