We are seeking a up to 2 full-time employment opportunities for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinology Physician to join an established and thriving practice located in Albany, New York.
Job Description:
Primarily outpatient responsibilities
ON CALL: 1:10 call, with additional inpatient call coverage only when the inpatient providers are off.

The multi-disciplinary team of Endocrinologists, Advanced Practitioners and Certified Diabetes Educators are dedicated to helping individuals with diabetes improve their quality of life. They strive to provide innovative treatment strategies for our patients by teaching them how to effectively control and manage the disease.
The practice provides diagnosis, treatment and long-term care for individuals with diabetes, and other endocrine and metabolic disorders; offering the latest diabetes care technology, including insulin pump/sensor download and professional continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) for diagnosis.
Specialized services include: complication screening, prevention and treatment, medication management, foot care, smoking cessation, onsite HbA1c testing, weight management and nutritional counseling, diabetes support groups, and individual and group diabetes education classes.

Requirements:
Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and working toward BC) or Board Certified in Endocrinology - REQUIRED
NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Previous employment experience as Endocrinologist - PREFERRED
Experienced candidates are preferred, but upcoming 2025 and recent grads (working toward BC) are also encouraged to apply.
Open to H-1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J-1 waivers

Benefits:
Salary range: $245,000 and $260,000 per year with eventual move to integrated compensation model based on productivity
Relocation Allowance if applicable: The amount is determined by the distance they are moving from to the facility. It is a reimbursement-based system. Providers receive the amount in their contract, and they can submit receipts for reimbursement up to that amount.
Starting Bonus of $35,000
Retention Bonuses of $15,000 for 2 years
