Endocrinologist Opportunity
Outpatient Focus Collegial Team Academic Affiliation
A leading healthcare organization in southwest Michigan is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a growing outpatient team of specialists in a well-established Diabetes and Endocrinology Center. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering strong clinical and administrative support, an excellent work-life balance, and the opportunity for academic involvement.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient responsibilities
Join a team of 2 experienced Endocrinologists, Nurse Practitioners, and Certified Diabetes Educators
Shared minimal after-hours call, supported by centralized nurse triage
Dedicated resources including classroom space for patient education, insulin pump training, and ultrasound-guided procedures
Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team focused on comprehensive endocrine care
Option for faculty appointment with a local medical school (Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine)
Qualifications:
MD or DO with completion of an Endocrinology Fellowship
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
Eligible for Michigan medical license
Strong interest in outpatient endocrine care and team-based practice
Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care and ongoing professional development
