End User Capabilities Engineer with Security Clearance

This is a contract to hire Senior End User Capabilities Engineer role located ON-SITE in Omaha, NE. The Senior End User Capabilities Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to engineering end user systems, ensuring their capabilities meet business requirements, and successful integration into the enterprise environment. Duration of assignment is 5 years, with eligibility to convert to full time employment after 9 months. Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance (with SCI eligibility)

• 8 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience to include:

• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure

• Thick/Think clients

• Multi-Layer Security Endpoints

• Multi-Function Devices

• Proficiency in IT infrastructure, software and system integration

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and team management skills

• Technical certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus
