We're working exclusively on a pivotal role for an experienced End Point Assessment Delivery Manager to join a nationally respected awarding organisation. This role offers the opportunity to shape the delivery and operational performance of a large-scale EPA programme, working primarily within the apprenticeship space.
This is a Hybrid role with travel required to the head office and to clients across the UK.
The Opportunity:
As EPA Delivery Manager, you ll lead the day-to-day operations across both delivery and assessor teams. You ll ensure assessments are managed efficiently, processes are continuously improved, and compliance is always at the forefront. You ll bring teams together, modernise outdated practices, and represent the EPA function in key internal and external stakeholder meetings.
You ll directly manage two Team Leaders (overseeing 5 EPA Coordinators and 5 internal Assessors) and work closely with a wider network of nearly 200 Associate Assessors.
What You ll Bring:
- Solid experience managing End Point Assessments within an apprenticeship or training provider setting.
- A background in coordinating delivery teams and/or assessment personnel in a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of Ofqual, ESFA, or similar frameworks.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build trust with training providers and internal teams alike.
- Experience with assessment systems like ACE360 or equivalent is beneficial.
- A passion for process improvement, operational efficiency and leading change.
