• Conduct in-depth legal research and manage case databases.
• Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices for litigation.
• Assist attorneys with discovery requests in employment law and class action cases.
• Gather and analyze case-related data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with experts and prepare materials for review.
• Facilitate voir dire, jury selection, and witness preparation.
• Subpoena records (medical, billing, employment, and workers' compensation).
• Prepare detailed medical chronologies and Howell analysis.
• Summarize written discovery and document productions.
• Conduct background checks, social media investigations, and litigation history research.

• 3 years of recent civil litigation experience (employment law, wage & hour class actions, PAGA cases).
• Strong proficiency in Word, Outlook, and OneDrive-must be comfortable handling multiple databases.
• Critical thinker who thrives under pressure and makes sound decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, experts, and third parties.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Trial preparation and trial support experience is a must.
• Solid knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documents, court rules, and procedures.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or relevant certification preferred.
