Base salary: $187,000-$210,000 (higher range negotiable for more years of experience)
Bonus structure:
7% of salary at 1,900 hours
8% at 2,000 hours
10% at 2,100 hours

Hands-on trial and deposition experience encouraged early

Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of litigation experience in any forum
At least 1 year of direct employment law experience (eg, wage & hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, PAGA)
Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
California Bar admission required
