Traditional labor and employment counselling and litigation
Manage complex employment litigation cases from start to finish with a high degree of autonomy
Craft and execute winning defense strategies for employment disputes
Provide expert counsel to clients - including school districts and government entities - on employment law matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for court proceedings
Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and more
Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients passionate about education and community impact
Competitive salary of $200k per annum, based on experience
Up to 12% bonus

Minimum billables 1850 with cushion for writing articles, training purposes, shadowing etc
