One of my top clients is seeking passionate and driven Employment Law Attorneys to join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington. They are committed to providing exceptional legal representation to our clients and fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in a variety of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and contract disputes.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct depositions and other discovery.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations and arbitrations.
- Prepare for and conduct trials (1st chair opportunities available).
- Provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients.
- Manage client relationships and maintain clear communication.
What You'll Bring:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (or ability to become so promptly).
- Demonstrated civil litigation experience.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
- Readiness for 1st chair trial experience, or near readiness.
- Passion for employment law and advocating for employees' rights.
- Must have great writing skills and research skills.
