We are seeking a highly motivated Labor and Employment Law Attorney with 3-15 years' experience in labor/employment law to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have significant litigation experience and be comfortable working with employers on employment counseling and compliance issues. Corporate transaction, construction and/or traditional labor law experience are considered advantageous. The attorney will play a key role in serving our clients and contributing to the growth of our practice.

Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel and representation to employers on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
Represent clients in employment-related litigation proceedings, including hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
Collaborate with employers to develop proactive strategies for managing employment risks and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Handle corporate transaction matters, and construction and/or labor law issues.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements:
Admission to the State Bar of Minnesota.
3+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
Proven track record of success in handling employment-related litigation matters.
Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic legal advice to clients.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence.
