Candidate Profile:

•   JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record (link removed)>

•   Active Bar Admission in Georgia.

•   57 years of substantive experience in employment litigation or commercial litigation with employment counseling (link removed)>

•  Experience handling cases related to constitutional claims , employment disputes , student matters , and contract suits (link removed)>

•  Background in civil rights , disability rights , and compliance with state and federal education laws preferred (link removed)>

•  Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

•  Ability to manage depositions , court hearings , and client conferences independently.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Represent clients in federal and state litigation , including educational institutions , K-12 school districts , colleges , universities , private schools , and charter schools (link removed)>

•  Provide counsel on employment and education law compliance , including civil rights and disability matters (link removed)>

•  Assist in all phases of litigation , from legal research and case development to motions practice, discovery, and trial preparation.

•  Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions with strategic insight.

•  Handle depositions, court hearings, and client meetings with professionalism and confidence.

•   Stay up to date on legislative changes and evolving legal trends impacting education and employment law.
