Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in labor and employment experience
- Advising employers in hiring, employment contracts, compensation and discipline, termination matters
- Experience with union/management transactions, organizing campaigns grievance, arbitration and dispute resolution
- Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
- 1850 billable hour requirement
- AR License, in good standing
- Experience with NLRB, Union Grievance and arbitration is best.
