Job Description
The Employment Associate/Senior Associate/Of Counsel will be:
- Advising clients on a broad range of employment matters, including HR advisory and employment litigation.
- Providing corporate support on employment-related issues for US HQ businesses.
- Managing a diverse workload, from advisory work to complex employment disputes.
- Working closely with senior team members to deliver legal solutions for high-profile clients.
- Engaging in business development activities to strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
The Successful Applicant
The Employment Associate/Senior Associate/Of Counsel should be:
- A solicitor (or equivalent) with a minimum of 4 years PQE in employment law.
- Experience in HR advisory, employment litigation, and corporate support.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, particularly in relation to US-based businesses.
- Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
