  • Identify appropriate statistical methods to address complex client legal questions and reduce risks.

Statistical Analysis & Visualization:

  • Lead pay equity analyses using multi-linear regression and other statistical tools.
  • Translate data insights into actionable legal advice, presenting findings clearly through data visualization.
  • Work with teams to wrangle and clean data for statistical and compliance purposes.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and long-term collaboration.

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership with the Illinois Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employment law litigation and counseling, ideally in a law firm setting.
  • Proficiency in workforce analytics, compliance auditing, and pay equity assessments.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment laws including Title VII, ADA, FLSA, and FMLA.
  • Experience with workforce data analysis, including adverse impact analysis and pay equity modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, and workforce management data.
