Employee Relations Specialist - 100% Onsite - Dallas, TX

This will be a 100% onsite role and will only consider candidates within the Dallas/Fort Worth area at this time. No relocation assistance is offered.
To Qualify for this role, you must possess the following:
- Degree is required
- PHR or other HR Certification is a high preference
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations -
at least 70%
of your current or past roles must be a focus in employee relations- if you do not have employee relations and investigations experience, please do not apply
- Must have experience conducting investigations, both in person and virtually/phone and have experience investigating ER issues within TX, CA, WA among other states within the US.
- Experience writing and/or revising job descriptions, and managing the posting and management of open positions is a huge plus.
- Must have experience preparing and distributing reports such as Turnover Reports, and EEO-1 filings, etc.
- Experience working in a mid to high volume environment is required
- Must have experience conducting full investigations from inception to resolution
- Must be comfortable having tough conversations, guiding, coaching and counseling employees and managers
- Excellent communication and a professional demeanor along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization is required
- Up to 20% travel within the US is required
