We are seeking Employee Relations (ER) Consultants to join a dynamic, collaborative team. These contract roles are designed to support increased volume due to ongoing organizational changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage internal investigations from end to end
- Conduct cultural assessments and facilitate resolution of employee conflicts
- Advise leaders and stakeholders on employee relations best practices
- Partner with Legal on lawsuits, agency claims, and other external legal matters
- Draft, revise, and interpret HR policies and procedures
- Lead or support HR initiatives, including those tied to business transformation
- Analyze data, identify ER trends/themes, and prepare reports or position papers
- Use HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow) for case management and data tracking
- Proactively identify and mitigate workplace conflict risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels and departments
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, Legal, Compliance, or Employee Relations
- Strong investigation experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote)
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and drafting executive-level presentations
- Consultative HR or business partner experience
- Project management experience is a plus
Pay Rate- $40-$43/hour
