We are seeking Employee Relations (ER) Consultants to join a dynamic, collaborative team. These contract roles are designed to support increased volume due to ongoing organizational changes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage internal investigations from end to end
  • Conduct cultural assessments and facilitate resolution of employee conflicts
  • Advise leaders and stakeholders on employee relations best practices
  • Partner with Legal on lawsuits, agency claims, and other external legal matters
  • Draft, revise, and interpret HR policies and procedures
  • Lead or support HR initiatives, including those tied to business transformation
  • Analyze data, identify ER trends/themes, and prepare reports or position papers
  • Use HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow) for case management and data tracking
  • Proactively identify and mitigate workplace conflict risks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels and departments

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, Legal, Compliance, or Employee Relations
  • Strong investigation experience highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and drafting executive-level presentations
  • Consultative HR or business partner experience
  • Project management experience is a plus

Pay Rate- $40-$43/hour
