The Employee Relations Consultant manages internal investigations, advises on employee relations best practices, and partners with Legal on claims and disputes, while also contributing to policy development and HR project leadership. They analyze data to support investigations and proactively address workplace conflicts through stakeholder engagement and cultural assessments.

Description


  • Manage end-to-end investigations into employee complaints and concerns raised through various internal channels.

  • Facilitate discussions to resolve workplace conflicts and perform cultural assessments to support a healthy work environment.

  • Advise managers, HR, and business leaders on employee relations best practices to help prevent and address workplace issues.

  • Collaborate with the Legal department to support responses to lawsuits, government agency claims, and attorney correspondence.

  • Draft, revise, and interpret HR policies and procedures, providing clear guidance to ensure consistency and compliance.

  • Use technical skills to analyze data and generate reports or summaries that support investigations and inform employee relations strategies.

  • Lead or contribute to various HR initiatives, including organizational change and transformation projects.

  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and proactive issue resolution.


Profile

A successful candidate for the Employee Relations Consultant role will be a skilled HR professional with a strong background in handling complex employee relations matters. They will demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism while navigating sensitive workplace issues.
