Job Details

• 3-5+ Years of Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation experience
• Ability to counsel clients on tax qualified retirement plans, health plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, ERISA , and incentive plans
• Experience with benefits side of M & A transactions
