The role of an Employees Benefit Advisor is to aid our clients with their employee benefits needs. WANADA provides employee benefits to participating member car dealerships, including health, dental, vision, life & disability, and other ancillary products.

We also administer COBRA and a variety of fringe benefits, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and more.


The WANADA insurance department services many clients with a relatively small staff. As such, the department relies heavily on trust and individual responsibility. A qualified candidate for the Insurance Advisor role should have a working knowledge of the insurance industry, a strong ability to multi-task, a positive work ethic, good communication skills, and be punctual, friendly, and work well with a team.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

a.) Providing positive customer service when communicating with clients via email and phone

b.) Working independently to ensure that clients' requests are satisfied

c.) Completing enrollments and terminations in various websites and internal databases

d.) Compiling and analyzing reports for WANADA and for clients

e.) Maintaining and updating COBRA program with clients' data

f.) Ability to meet deadlines

g.) Working with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

h.)Assisting the Vice President of Insurance and Manager of Insurance in their various responsibilities

i.) Assisting WANADA staff in various other duties
