Position: Employee Benefits Account Manager
Location: Raleigh, NC
Pay: $80k to $100k/year (depending on experience)
Experience: - 3+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role is required.
- Prior experience in a broker agency or benefits administration firm is required.
Education: - A current Life and Health license is required.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team.
Job Description:- Manage and maintain an assigned book of business.
- Serve in an advisory capacity to clients.
- Delegate work assignments to internal service team members.
- Collaborate with Benefits Consultants and/or Client Executives to manage the entire renewal process.
- Conduct needs analyses and strategy calls.
- Advise clients on cost-reduction strategies while offering competitive benefits options.
- Assist clients with 5500 form filings, as applicable.
- Support business growth through cross-sale opportunities when available.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Manage complex accounts and high-level service deliverables effectively and efficiently.
Position Requirements- Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products is required.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products is required.
- Experience with database applications is preferred.
- Familiarity with quoting processes and tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work with clients at a strategic level.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
