We are looking for a passionate and hands-on AI Solutions Developer to help us rapidly explore and prototype new AI applications. This role is perfect for someone who loves to code, is excited about the possibilities of AI, and enjoys building things from scratch.
In this role, you will drive innovation by building solutions across both our established Microsoft ecosystem and the dynamic world of Python-centric AI development. You'll be responsible for rapidly prototyping new AI programs for both internal use and our SaaS solutions, as well as enhancing existing AI internal solutions in Python. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable with open-source tools and Microsoft Azure Portal and is adept at navigating and integrating different technology stacks to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
This is a fully onsite position with no opportunity for hybrid or remote work. This role is located at our corporate campus in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities:
- Build and iterate on AI-powered prototypes, primarily using Python, to enhance internal processes and create proof-of-concepts (POCs) for our SaaS platform. This includes writing clean, efficient code, integrating with existing systems, and quickly adapting to new technologies.
- Rapidly build and test AI prototypes, focusing on speed and agility. We want someone who can quickly turn ideas into working code and iterate based on feedback.
- Focus on practical applications and delivering working code, not just theoretical models
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation and learning, sharing your knowledge and insights with the broader development team.
- Create robust and well-documented proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the viability and potential impact of new AI technologies.
- Contribute to development projects within our Microsoft .NET environment using C .
- Ability to document your designs clearly and concisely.
- Utilize and manage our Azure DevOps environment for CI/CD, Azure Open AI, project tracking, and collaboration.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and relevant open-source tools within the Python ecosystem, as well as developments within the Microsoft technology stack.
- Collaborate with other teams (architecture, development, business, quality assurance, etc.) to understand their needs and identify opportunities for solutions leveraging both AI (Python) and our existing Microsoft infrastructure.
- Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between Python-based AI solutions and our core Microsoft systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent relevant hands-on experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong programming skills in both Python and C , with a passion for building AI-powered applications. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working across different technology stacks and is eager to learn new things.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant AI and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Langchain, Transformers).
- Strong programming skills in C and a solid understanding of the .NET ecosystem.
- Practical experience manipulating and analyzing data using libraries like Pandas and NumPy for building real-world applications.
- Familiarity with web scraping and data extraction using tools like BeautifulSoup.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for source control, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and project management.
- Experience with utilizing and integrating with platforms like OpenAI Studio.
- Familiarity with data validation and serialization using libraries like Pydantic (if applicable to the role of data handling aspects).
- Proven ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- A hacker mindset: you enjoy taking things apart, figuring out how they work, and building new things from the pieces.
Bonus Points:
- Experience contributing to open-source projects.
- A portfolio of personal projects demonstrating your coding skills and passion for AI.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, MS Azure) for deploying AI applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
