Coverage Needed:
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends
- 12-hour shifts with shift change at 7am/7pm

- 26,000 annual patient volume
- 17-bed ED
- MediTech EMR
- State-recognized paramedic-level ambulance services
- Critical care support
- Lifeline EMS Silver Award
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Board Certified ABEM
- Active NH License
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
