Position Description:
Full Time Locums Emergency Medicine in Pittsfield, MA where Inpatient Coverage is needed. Here are some of the details:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed-Ongoing
Coverage Need/Schedule Details: Full time till at least next Summer.
- 8 hour shifts, days and nights available
- APP Shifts: 8am-10pm or 10am-10pm
Submission Requirements:
- Active MA license ONLY - REQUIRED
- BLS, ACLS ATLS - REQUIRED
- Board certified or board eligible (ABEM, AOBEM) - REQUIRED
- COVID vaccination - REQUIRED
- Clean background, no malpractice due to credentialing -REQUIRED
Practice Description:
- Total Number of Beds: 38
- Annual ER Volume: 44,000
- Admissions are performed by the hospitalist or admitting service
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
- 12 patients per shift average on an 8 hour shift.
- 18 patients on average for a 12 hour shift
- Multiple positions available
- Patients per shift:16
- Trauma level:3
- Duties: Routine ER Duties
