DESCRIPTION: I am looking for Emergency Medicine physicians to provide coverage in North Carolina - all shifts. Other locations are 45030 Ahoskie & 43608 Nags Head. Please call for those details and open dates.
Procedures required: Suturing, assessments, radiology, lab and CT interpretation, foreign body removal, limited ophthalmology, muscular skeletal, infectious processes
- 204-bed community hospital
- 26-bed emergency department with 6 designated Psych beds
- 4-bed convenient care staffed by one Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant and an RN or Paramedic
- ECU Health Air and ECU Health Ground Support to immediately transfer patients
- Call for other locations/details
Coverage Needed A s soon as provider is credentialed, 7-12 shifts a month.
- Shifts are 7a-4p, 11a-8p, 5p-2a, and 10p-7a
REQUIRED:
- NC state license; active, unrestricted
- Board Certified w/EM experience
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS (if not EM trained - no exceptions)
