This facility is a Level IV Trauma Center,offering 24-hour and 12-hour shift options, with flexible weekend and on-callrequirements. Local providers are strongly preferred.

Admissionsfrom ED (Annual): - 103 inpatient admissions
- 140 patients placed in observation
Responsibilities: - Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages
- Respond to trauma and urgent care cases
- Stabilize and coordinate transfer for higher-acuity patients as needed
- Work collaboratively with on-call specialists, nursing staff, and support teams
- Document all encounters clearly and accurately in the EMR system
Requirements: - Board Certified - ABEM, AOBEM, or ABPS (Required)
- Active Iowa Medical License (Required)

- Previous rural ED experience a plus
