  • 1.8 patients per hour
  • Support Staff: 7 RNs, 2 MAs, 3 PA/NPs
  • EMR: Medhost
  • Certifications: ABEM/AOBEM, ABFM/AOBFM, ABIM/AOBIM, BE, ACLS/ATLS/PALS, Active NM license and DEA required
  • Clean filed required
  • 90-day credentialing timeframe
