Deaconess Henderson Hospital is seeking a dedicated BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our growing Emergency Department. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care in a collaborative and dynamic environment, we want you to be part of our team.
Position Highlights:
- Join a hospital-employed physician group within the Emergency Department at Deaconess Henderson Hospital (DHH)
- Prior Emergency Medicine experience preferred but not required
- Work alongside full-time physicians and supplemental physicians with daily Advanced Practice Provider coverage
- Hospitalist service available for admissions
- Specialty support from Pulmonary Critical Care, Cardiology, and more
- 118-bed Acute Care hospital with 17 beds in the Emergency Department
- Approx. 25,000 annual emergency visits
Schedule:
- 9-hour Physician shifts daily
- 12-hour Advanced Practice Provider coverage daily
- Holiday coverage required
- Full-time status: 15, 9-hour shifts per month (1,620 hours per year)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Average annual compensation: $450,000
- Sign-on incentives:
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $75,000 in student loan forgiveness
- Up to $24,000 in educational assistance
- Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
