• Patient Volume/Census: 67 patients per day at Black River; Florence 110 ppd; Marion 60 ppd
• Admissions: Yes
• Case Mix: General Emergency Medicine
FACILITY INFORMATION
• Facility: Black River 20 beds; Florence 36 beds (Level 3 Trauma); Marion 16 beds
• Trauma Level: Black River & Marion No trauma level; Florence Level 3 Trauma
• EMR System: Epic (EPIC training and hospital modules required)
• Physician Coverage:
- Black River: 24-hour physician coverage (7a 7p and 7p 7a)
- Marion: 24-hour physician coverage (7a 7p and 7p 7a)
- Florence: Four weekday physician shifts (6a 6p, 6p 6a, 10a 8p, 1p 11p); SS3 coverage 6a 6p, 11a ?, 6p ?
• APP Coverage:
- Black River & Marion: 4 days/week 12-hour shifts and 3 days/week 18-hour shifts (10a 8p)
- Florence: 22 hours/day, 7 days/week (except 6a 8a)
• Specialty Backup Available: Not specified
• Support Staff Available: APP coverage at all facilities
• Reason for Coverage: Full-time backfill need across BR, Marion, and Florence facilities

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General Emergency Medicine procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active South Carolina license preferred
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (within 5 years)
• Experience: Must be EM residency trained (no FP or IM accepted)
• Other Qualifications: Must be able to cross-credential across BR, Marion, and Florence locations; submission checklist required with presentation
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide emergency medical care during scheduled 12-hour shifts (day and night)
• Participate in onboarding, including EPIC training and hospital-specific modules
• Cross-cover across multiple regional sites based on scheduling needs
• Deliver care per facility and practice expectations for emergency services
