Seeking a BE/BC Family or Internal Medicine physician to provide primary care in skilled nursing facilities.
Position Details:

- Flexible Monday Friday schedule

Responsibilities:
- Primary care rounds, chronic disease management, care planning
- Collaborate with facility staff and patients' families
- Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight
Compensation & Benefits:
- $320,000 - $400,000 range
