Coverage Needed:

• June 1, 2025 - ongoing
• Schedule: 24 hours of physician coverage; 7a-7p, 7p-7a

Clinical Details:

• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• EMR System: Medhost
• Support Staff: 5 PA/NPs
• APP coverage: 11a-9p daily
• Supervision required for Advance Practice Providers
• Patients Per Shift: 24-26
• Bed In Department: 12
• ED Volume: Approximately 18,774
• Admission Rate: 8%
• Transfer Rate: 2.5%
• AMA: 1.2%
• EMS Arrivals: 12.5%

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Eligible
• License: Licensed in AL or IMLC
  • Prefer candidates with active AL license, but open to consider other options
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Will accept EM trained or Primary Care with ED experience; Non-EM trained will need ATLS, ACLS, and PALS
