Full-time emergency medicine PA s are needed for this hospital system in Delaware
Candidates can be entry level or experienced
Earn over $145,000 per year
Fully integrated health care system consisting of two hospitals and a free-standing ED plus numerous ambulatory and outpatient offices
You will be the hospital's employee/(no contract medical group)
New grads receive full compensation while they transition into the ED as part of a robust and innovative ED orientation program for new hires including shadow shifts and mentoring
Base Rate $84.00/hr plus $5/per hr Quality Incentive
Work 1728 hours as a FTE plus 60 hours of PTO
Block scheduling available
Located just 90 minutes from D C. and Philly as well as 45 minutes to Rehoboth Beach
