Clinical Details

• EMR: Meditech
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
• Will cover Emergency Department and Urgent Care
• Busy Practice, must be willing to work in a fast paced environment

Required

• Must have recent EM experience in the last two years
• ACLS, BLS by the American Heart Association
• Preferred:
  • Indiana License
  • Indiana Controlled Substance Registration
  • Indiana DEA
