A facility we are partnered with in Northwestern Illinois is in search of a Locum Emergency medicine Nurse Practitioner for coverage starting October 2024.
Competitive compensation for the right Provider. ProTouch takes care of Malpractice with tail & all travel expenses. Details:
  • Full time provider leaving at the end of September. Offering tentative shifts starting in Oct to those who reach credentialing.
  • Temps available to those who have a clean file.
  • Total ED beds: 10
  • ED Volume: 15,000
  • Required Procedure: Intubation
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Daily patient load per clinician: 40-42 in 24hrs
  • ED patients per hour: 2
  • Admission rate: 13%
  • Trauma Destination: Acute Stroke Ready Hospital
  • Shift coverage model: 24/7 12 hour shifts (9a-9p; 9p-9a) Must be willing to work both days and nights. Weekends and holidays are required.
  • Minimum of shifts per month: 10-12
Requirements:
  • Active illinois license
  • Clean background / no malpractice
  • EPA
  • Availability starting October 2024
