Premier Physician Services is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to work with our client located on the border of Kentucky and West Virginia.

In this position, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to patients. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, uphold industry standards, and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
Description:
Main procedures include laceration repairs and I&Ds. Other procedures including intubation, central lines, and chest tubes are done by the physicians. If APPs wish to perform these, they must be done with direct physician supervision per bylaws.
ED Volume: 60k
Admission rate: 24-28%
Must have an active KY license and DEA at time of name clear.
Temps are available with clean file and first shift scheduled.
Must be Board Certified
Must have 24 months of case logs and CMEs
Health requirements: TB, Flu, and drug screening
Will accept NPs and PAs for this job opening.
Submission Requirements:
- Must have KY license and DEA at the time of submission
- Must have clean malpractice/background
- Must send self-query NPDB if EPA has a negative yes or pending response
- Must be able to work both day and night shifts
- MUST HAVE at least 2 year2 experience working in the ED. MUST also be comfortable seeing critically ill patients in a very busy department
Certification Requirements:
- ACLS
- ATLS
- BLS
- Board Certified
- DEA
Qualifications:
- Current Georgia License
- Board Certified
- 2 years experience
- Clean Background and Malpractice History
