Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner with Emergency Medicine experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Practice in the Heart of the Community Scheduling:
- We welcome the challenge of complex cases in a well-supported unit.
- For those who want to teach, we work with medical students from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- We respond to hospital codes when a hospitalist is unavailable at night. We are pursuing a level 3 trauma designation and are stroke-certified. Our main supporting facility for transfers is ProMedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio, with helicopter service.
- We have regular department meetings every other month.
