Medicus is working with hospitals in eastern Georgia with a openings for an Emergency Medicine physician to provide locum coverage.
Location 1 Details:
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, days and nights
- Annual Volume: 55,000 patients
- ED Beds: 36
- Support Staff: APPs
- Subspecialty Support: Radiology, cardiopulmonary, ortho, neuro, oncology, bariatrics, robotic surgery, women's services
- Will respond to Radiology codes
Location 2 Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, days and nights
- Annual Volume: 12,000 patients
- ED Beds: 14
- Support Staff: APPs
- Subspecialty Support: Teleneuro, radiology on a limited basis
- Will respond to all codes
Location 3 Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, days and nights
- Annual Volume: 20,000 patients
- ED Beds: 14
- Support Staff: APPs
- Subspecialty Support: Cardiopulmonary, infusion, radiology, surgical services
- Will respond to Radiology codes
Opening Details:
- EMR: Epic
- Board certification required
- Paid travel & lodging
