Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Participating in identifying and meeting learning needs of self and patients
Evaluating patient care and communicating relevant information to promote continuity of care
Demonstrating competence in care of patients with complex problems
Developing goals to promote professional growth and participating in unit goals and performance improvement activities
Recognizing data from complex situations to determine priorities for care
Collaborating with patient/family to prepare or update the plan of care
Reading journals and bringing ideas to the staff for assessment of applicability
Skills You Need
Graduation from a school of professional nursing
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
One year of nursing experience
