Exciting Embedded Software Engineer Opportunity

Job Description

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating software and hardware systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test algorithms, ensuring that our products meet specified requirements. Your role will involve debugging, unit testing, and utilizing various lab test and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop embedded software for products across a wide range of industries.
  • Integrate and debug hardware and software systems.
  • Perform unit testing and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  • Utilize oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab test and measurement equipment.
  • Interpret hardware schematics and collaborate with other disciplines (e.g., Analog) to develop and test algorithms.
  • Create detailed design documents and project documentation.
  • Communicate findings and collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
Essential Skills
  • Strong C programming skills.
  • Embedded development experience.
  • Hardware and software integration and debugging capability.
  • Proficient use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab test and measurement equipment.
  • Ability to interpret hardware schematics.
  • Ability to collaborate with other disciplines to develop and test algorithms.
Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic environment that involves collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role requires the use of various lab test and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $75.00/hr.
