The Aeroflow Sleep marketing team develops and executes on our detailed marketing strategy, focused on lead generation and brand awareness across multiple channels including email, social media, influencer marketing, content creation, SEO, PR, and more.
We are currently seeking an Email & Website Coordinator to join our team. This combined position plays a crucial role in content across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to concept and visualize new ideas while also seamlessly transitioning from one project to the next. The ideal candidate will also be adaptable, able to learn new systems, tools and technology and comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving, and high growth environment.
The Email & Website Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing Manager, and will collaborate closely with other team members to enhance Aeroflow Sleep's digital presence and ensure that all content aligns with the company's standards and best practices.
In this role, the Email & Website Coordinator will be responsible for writing, editing, testing, and optimizing high-quality content to ensure superior usability and accuracy for The candidate will review content for accuracy and quality, submitting changes for publishing as necessary. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with testing all site updates to guarantee compatibility across major browsers and mobile devices, ensuring a seamless user experience.
The role also involves drafting and updating metadata across site content, collaborating with other team members on new concepts to enhance user experience, and supporting SEO initiatives under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
The Email & Website Marketing Coordinator will be crucial to the patient journey and ensuring a seamless experience and will support the team's email marketing efforts, ensuring that the integration and implementation of web and email programs comply with best practices. This role will create, update and track all email funnels and determine areas of opportunity to streamline our email communications. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills and has a knack for optimizations. Website Management Responsibilities:- In partnership with marketing, operations, development, and SEO agency, facilitate all updates to web properties within the Sleep Division
- Works to create content and design / format blog pages, resource pages, product pages, landing pages and other content pages. In creating these, the Email & Website Coordinator is responsible for drafting and implementing metas, descriptions, and title tags for associated pages
- Works closely with the development team and SEO to implement technical SEO recommendations as applicable.
- Assists in UAT of dev releases / tickets, focusing on functionality and adherence to brand guidelines
- Works closely with the UX team to ideate, create, and track results of multiple A/B tests with the ability to prioritize tests as needed
- Works with brand marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and UX teams to ideate on opportunities to improve design, mobile experience, performance, and functionality of pages across all Sleep web properties
- Assists with troubleshooting and resolution of any website issues that arise.
- Selects and resizes relevant image assets as needed based on content/pages.
- Assists marketing team in management of dev tickets, creating tickets on a priority basis
- Manages and optimizes product pages and implements changes and improvements as needed.
Email Management Responsibilities:- The Email & Website Marketing Coordinator will plan, create, and execute email campaigns
- Manages patient journey email funnels and brings new ideas to reach patients
- Creates email content as needed while maintaining brand consistency
- Works with operations, marketing and development teams to optimize emails as needed
- Manages email lists, segmentation, and subscriber preferences
- Tracks email campaign performance and analyzes results
- Conducts A/B test and optimizes based on findings
- Creates and maintains HTML email templates
- Works with Braze email team for best practices and optimization ideas
- Will be the point person for Braze Platform for Sleep division
Cross-Platform Coordination:- Brand Consistency:
- Maintains a consistent brand voice, visual style, and messaging across both email and website.
- Ensures email campaigns are aligned with website content and brand messaging
- Data Integration:
- Uses website analytics to inform email campaign strategies and vice versa
- Tracks website traffic originating from email campaigns and analyze email open/click-through rates to optimize website content and user experience
- User Experience:
- Coordinates email and website content to ensure a cohesive user experience
- Recommends improvements to the patient journey
- Collaborates with other teams such as marketing, operations and sales to align on goals and strategies
- Completes additional projects as needed, as directed by Marketing Manager, in a timely manner
Requirements- Associates degree or bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, business or a related field OR certificates of completed relevant coursework
- 2-3 years proven work experience in email management, website management, SEO, digital marketing or relevant field
- Attention to detail, coupled with effective task prioritization and deadline management
- Strong computer skills, including adeptness of Google platform
- Familiarity with SEO best practices - Understanding of search engine optimization principles
- Knowledge of web analytics tools and techniques
- Experience in Canva or other design platform
- Basic understanding/CMS platform ideally with Adobe Commerce, Builder.io or similar web platform
- Basic understanding of the following:
- UX and website design best practices preferred
- Email template creation
- Understanding of HTML and web design layouts, and best practices would be a bonus
- Experience with email platform Braze or similar platform
- Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Docs or similar tools.
Skills for Success- Demonstrates eye for design and design intuition, specifically as it relates to the website and email, ensuring both are up to brand standards and guidelines
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

- Ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Ability to come into the Aeroflow Health headquarters at least twice per year for onsite planning sessions.

What we look for A key member of the Aeroflow Sleep marketing team, the Email & Website Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining all web and email properties within the Sleep Division. As the primary contact for all website and email projects, this position will report to the Marketing Manager for Sleep and work cross functionally with team members in marketing, operations, web development, research, sales, and more.
The ideal candidate will have both a creative and analytical approach to web and email management.
