Position Summary
We're looking for a data-driven and creative Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator to take charge of our lifecycle marketing strategy. This role is critical in building relationships with customers post-acquisition through thoughtful, timely, and revenue-generating campaigns. You'll lead execution across Klaviyo and Shopify, owning the strategy and deployment of our retention marketing efforts across email and SMS.
Your Job and the necessary skills to succeed:
- Own and execute the email marketing revenue plan
- Own and execute the email and SMS marketing calendar from planning to performance analysis
- Build, optimize, and manage automated flows (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, post-purchase, etc.)
- Develop segmentation strategies to improve personalization, LTV, and engagement
- Partner with creative, product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure campaign alignment and seamless user experience
- A/B test subject lines, content, timing, and send logic to optimize campaign performance
- Monitor and report on KPIs including open/click/conversion rates, unsubscribe rates, and revenue attribution
- Manage list growth strategies and ensure list hygiene and compliance (GDPR, TCPA, etc.)
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and tone across all retention channels
- Support customer feedback loops and loyalty initiatives that strengthen customer relationships
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in retention marketing for DTC e-commerce brands
- Deep knowledge of Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, reporting, A/B testing)
- Experience with Shopify, especially as it relates to promotional merchandising and customer journeys
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, LTV, and key retention metrics
- Confident in using performance data to make strategic recommendations
- Familiarity with TCPA/GDPR compliance in SMS and email marketing
- Basic understanding of HTML and email design best practices is a plus
- Strategic thinker with a get-it-done mentality
- Collaborative and communicative across cross-functional teams

Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays:
- Feetures offers 20 PTO days which are available to you on day-one of employment and are available to all employees, no matter your role. After working at Feetures for 5 years, your PTO days will increase to 25 days. These days can be used for vacations, appointments, and sick days.
