Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Plano, Texas (Remote)Job Type: 3 Months contractCompensation Range: $33 - 37 per hourWe're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to design and deploy campaigns that promote our products, services, and thought leadership. In this role, you'll collaborate with marketing teams to optimize automated campaigns, reporting, and analytics, while identifying performance trends and gaps. You'll also help improve user experience, create documentation, and support team projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of email platforms and tools.Responsibilities:Design and deploy email marketing campaigns.Optimize automated marketing campaigns.Collaborate with internal and external teams.Create documentation for business and system requirements. Analyze and make recommendations to optimize technology resources.Identify trends/issues and performance gaps.Assist with team projects.Develop thorough knowledge of platforms, tools, and processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing, communications, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.One to three years of experience with email marketing technology platforms and software (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.).Financial services experience.Knowledge of project management methodologies.If you are a skilled Email Marketing Specialist looking for a challenging and rewarding remote opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
