We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team and help us create and execute effective automations on our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing automation platforms, lead generation, and lead nurturing techniques, and will be able to develop and implement successful email marketing, utilize various media platforms, and work with multiple digital campaigns. This role involves integrating various marketing platforms & ensuring proper lead flow journey for each contact coming into the ecosystem. The Marketing Automation Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring leads are systematized and customers are receiving desired deliverables based on the purchases.


Job Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, SMS Campaigns, and setting up automated campaigns.


• Full ownership of Marketing Automations: Utilizing Zapier, HubSpot, & other various marketing tools.


• Coordinate with Copywriters to ensure that all campaigns are written in advance


• Provide quality assurance for outgoing email campaigns for the proper voice, image choice, segmentation, etc.


• Manage lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns, including creating and managing landing pages, forms, and workflows within marketing automation platforms.


• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize campaign performance and increase conversions.


• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, using marketing automation platforms to schedule and publish workflows and track engagement metrics.


• Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and lead scoring models to increase lead quality and conversions.


• Develop and maintain an understanding of best practices in marketing automation, email marketing, and lead generation, and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.


• Monitor and maintain the marketing automation platform, including managing integrations with other tools and ensuring data cleanliness.


Job Requirements:



• Proven experience (3+ years) in Marketing and Automation within any major CRM platform, Zapier or other integration experience with a focus on marketing automation and lead journey.


• Minimum 2 years in building and deploying automated workflow functions.


• Experience in shopify, hubspot, zapier, and/or clickfunnels desired but not required


• A deep understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targeting


• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.


• Experience with email marketing, landing page design, and lead nurturing campaigns.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Knowledge of marketing best practices and experience using multiple media management tools.


• Understanding of lead scoring and lead management best practices.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Familiarity of CAN-SPAM laws




This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL
