Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager - Email & In-App to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of their email marketing and in-app customer journey initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with creative insight, bringing a results-oriented mindset to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution of all email marketing campaigns, from concept through performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop engaging, on-brand email content and scheduling plans.
- Manage and refine the customer journey within the app, ensuring timely and effective messaging to enhance user engagement.
- Drive a test-and-learn approach to campaign optimization through A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Monitor user behavior and campaign data to extract actionable insights and improve future communications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing both email marketing and in-app communication strategies.
- Strong creative skills paired with an analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and campaign best practices.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver or similar editors.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
