Our client, a Global eCommerce marketplace, is seeking a collaborative and creative Email Marketing Manager to join their team for a 5-month contract. Role will focus on translating business priorities into impactful, customer-facing campaigns across multiple channels including email, paid media, social, and homepage.


  • Hybrid Schedule - Onsite 3 x wk in Seattle, WA
  • Rate: $40/hr

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute marketing plans for a specific retail categories across email, paid media, SMS, and additional offsite/onsite channels
  • Translate category goals into compelling customer experiences and marketing touchpoints
  • Partner with designers and copywriters to create high-performing assets
  • Collaborate with channel owners to define targeting strategies and testing plans
  • Contribute to leadership-facing presentations that support go-to-market strategy buy-in
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and conversion-driving KPIs
  • Support marketing efforts across Amazon's homepage, social platforms, and other media
  • Actively contribute to a highly collaborative team; success is team-oriented rather than individual

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 4-5 years of B2C marketing experience, including strong understanding of email and online campaigns
  • Experience with project management tools like Workfront, Asana, or Airtable
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage campaigns across channels
  • Strong creative judgment and ability to guide the development of customer-first content
  • High attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and willingness to pivot as needed
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning on the fly
  • Self-starter who brings ideas and solutions to the table
  • Works well in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
  • Experience driving large-scale conversions or digital campaign success
