Robert Half's client in PA is looking for a Temporary Digital & Email Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing initiatives with a focus on website content management, email campaigns, and digital analytics. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless online experience, supporting brand messaging, and driving engagement across web, email, and social channels.
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in basic HTML/CSS, an understanding of UX/UI principles, and experience managing CMS platforms. Bonus points for familiarity with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Kentico, and creative platforms such as Adobe Photoshop.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Web Management
- Maintain and update website content via CMS (e.g., WordPress or similar).
- Build and edit web pages, landing pages, banners, articles, and microsites.
- Create and manage email campaigns, including template editing, dynamic content formatting, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement content and ensure web pages adhere to brand standards.
- Monitor website accuracy and functionality, conducting regular link testing and quality control.
User Experience & Content Strategy
- Assist in developing user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Provide UX/UI feedback and collaborate on content strategy to enhance usability.
- Maintain a content inventory and track content expirations for regular updates.
Social Media Execution
- Support social media efforts by developing and scheduling content that aligns with broader communications strategies.
- Recommend new content formats and social channels to drive engagement and improve performance.
- Monitor social inquiries and assist with response strategies to enhance customer experience.
Analytics & Reporting
- Implement tracking tags for digital campaigns and pages.
- Analyze email and web performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Create and deliver performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of basic HTML, CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Kentico a plus).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital design sensibility.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
