Akkodis is seeking an Email Marketing Developer for a Contract position with a client located in Camden, New Jersey.
Rate Range: $35-$45/hr on W2 without benefits. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors
Title: Email Marketing Developer
Job Types: 12+ Months Contract
Location: Camden, New Jersey (Onsite for first 90 days, then Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Develop workflows and email templates to support campaign initiatives
- Manage the full lifecycle of email creation - from concept and design through to deployment
- Draft and revise email copy as needed, often working with input from stakeholders
- Code and design responsive email templates using raw HTML5 and CSS
- Create email templates within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - experience with AEM is a plus, but not mandatory
- Prepare and optimize images for use in email campaigns
Ideal Candidate:
- Proactive and independent, yet open to guidance and feedback
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Capable of managing multiple assignments concurrently
- Self-sufficient and requires minimal oversight
- Brings approximately 3 years of hands-on experience in email development (not less, and ideally not significantly more)
- Strong sense of accountability when it comes to deadlines - accuracy is prioritized over speed
- A team-oriented professional who respects colleagues' time, accommodates shifting priorities, and maintains a positive, collaborative approach
