The ELQA Program Specialist position merges graphic design and customer service to produce marketing materials for Early Learning Quick Assessments (ELQA) and handle customer inquiries, ensuring consistent branding and effective communication. The Graphic Design Specialist reports to the Early Learning Quick Assessments (ELQA) project director.
Essential Duties: - Performs desktop publishing and graphic design of professional marketing materials including logos, brochures, newsletters, flyers, posters, annual reports, and web design.
- Provides graphic design for communication pieces from concept to completion, to include but not limited to copy-editing, layout, and design.
- Designs advertisements, print materials, and promotional materials.
- Formulates design concepts, presentations, and key-art concepts.
- Design digital assets, to include but not limited to email blasts, web promotions, and social media templates.
- Presents or pitches ideas, briefs, and concepts to supervisor and requesting departments.
- Prepares printing estimates for projects and presents to supervisor.
- Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
